This policy explains how Links Business Setup(“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through linksbusiness.ae and in the course of providing business setup services. We are based at Dubai National Insurance Building, 1st Floor, Office 15, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, UAE.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Contact details you submit through our forms: name, country of residence, email address and telephone number.
- Enquiry details, including the type of company or package you are interested in, anything you choose to tell us about your business, and the page and advertising campaign that brought you to the form.
- Engagement records where you become a client, including the identification and company documents that UAE licensing, immigration and banking authorities require.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To provide the services you engage us for.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including record retention requirements under UAE legislation.
- To improve the website and the services we offer.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

- Government and free zone authorities, and banks, where required to submit an application on your behalf or where disclosure is legally required.

How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable UAE legislation, after which they are securely deleted.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and any transmission is at your own risk.
Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request its deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
